A note from our founder
I never set out to build recruiting software. In 2020, I opened a real estate office in Orange County with two agents and a Zillow Flex account. We had more leads than we could handle, but we kept hitting the same wall: recruiting.
Each new hire meant hours spent posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Hiring a recruiter at $5-8K per month wasn’t economically viable for a growing team. So we started experimenting.
We built our own system to automate the administrative/marketing burden of recruiting. Within 24 months, we grew from 2 agents to over 250, doing $1.5B in transactions. Other team leaders started asking how we did it. That’s when my co-founder looked at our cobbled-together system and said “We could turn 75% of this into software.”
That’s how Humaniz was born. We’ve taken everything we learned scaling our own team and packaged it into a platform that handles the grunt work of recruiting, so you can focus on what matters: having meaningful conversations with qualified candidates.
